To use MSN emoticon, please install MSN 7.0 or 7.5.
Right click mouse to "Save as Target", make sure you have save the picture in "GIF" format, or the picture will be a static one.
In MSN, choose "Tool" -->"My MSN emoticon" --> "Construct" to add the new emotion in it. Done~
